Randall Davis has earned the title of "pioneer" and "visionary" enhancing the Texas skyline and coastline with creative, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, as well as with his development of new Neoclassical high-rise structures. Davis introduced his loft concept of "elegant living spaces for the affluent" in Houston starting in 1991. Since that time, Davis has developed; Metropolis, Gotham, Renoir, Manhattan, Empire, Metropolis Las Vegas, Emerald, Diamond Beach, St. Germain, Cosmopolitan, Hotel Icon and the Rice Lofts. Sapphire is his latest vision for South Padre Island, bringing the resort lifestyle to beach front condominiums on the Gulf of Mexico.
